TUBERÍA UPVC EBRE/WELL PIPE
EBRE/Well Pipe, the pressure line for submersible pumps, is the result of years of specific tests based on know-how, always aimed at responding to market requirements and finding solutions to the problems encountered. EBRE/Well Pipe is the new pressure line made of high quality rigid PVC for connecting submersible pumps to the supply network. The physico-chemical structure and unique extrusion guarantee resistance to high internal pressures and tensile forces caused by the various stresses to which the structure is subjected during installation and use. EBRE/Well Pipe pipes offer exceptional shock resistance without showing damage or deformation during laboratory tests or simulations of displacement, installation and dismantling. With a length of 4 meters, they are lightweight, easy to handle and transport.
They are trapezoidal male to male threaded tubes at the ends and are supplied with a pre-assembled, factory-locked sleeve with two seals. The real innovation is the integrated mechanical locking system for pipes from 60 mm upwards. The hose is connected to the pump via a stainless steel piece, which simplifies installation and saves time and money. EBRE/Well Pipe has smooth internal walls without constriction so that they are not affected by any corrosion and stray currents from the subsoil. EBRE/Well Pipe hydrodynamic tests have shown an excellent hydraulic coefficient (k = 0.01), which guarantees negligible flow losses and lower pumping costs as well as less water hammer effects due to the lower loading speed (one third compared to metal pipes). EBRE – Well Pipe is generally approved for the transport of drinking water and food liquids, i.e. they do not affect the quality of the pumped medium at all and do not change its composition.
