Applications
The membrane hydropneumatic accumulators have a fixed air/nitrogen charge. The entry of water will cause a decrease in the initial volume of the captive air/nitrogen in the tank and consequently an increase in the pressure inside it. The energy stored through the captive air/nitrogen in the hydropneumatic accumulator will drive the water contained inside the bladder to the consumption points. As the water flows and the bladder empties, the air/nitrogen pressure will decrease, reaching the minimum established pressure, at which point the water supply current from the pump group to the hydropneumatic accumulator will be restored.
